Lahiri, ... for the State After hearing learned counsel, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 5 being the Executive Engineer, Basirhat, Irrigation Division, Daltitha, North 24 Parganas to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21st November, 2020 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from date after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing such order. WPA 11230 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
