This is an application in connection with Chitpur Police Station Case No.11 dated 23.01.2021 under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1B)(a)/27 Arms Act was filed against the petitioner along with 10 other accused persons.

The petitioner has filed the instant criminal revisional application, inter alia, stating that his minor son, being a student of Class-VIII got an opportunity to represent himself at 2023 International Space Development Conference (ISDC) to be held at the Embassy Suites Dallas-Frisco Hotel & Convention Center in Frisco, Texas from May 25, 2023 to May 28, 2023 and by virtue of being legal guardian of his minor son, the petitioner wanted to accompany him and such prayer before the learned Trial Court was rejected on 6th April, 2023.

The petitioner prays for his release of passport to facilitate him to escort his son to the aforesaid seminar.

The learned advocate for the State submits that the seminar was to be conducted from 25th of May till 28th of May, 2023 and the date has

already been surpassed. Therefore the instant criminal revisional application, under such circumstances, has no merit to be interfered with. The seminar as stated to be held at the Embassy Suites Dallas-Frisco Hotel & Convention Center in Frisco, Texas from May 25, 2023 to May 28, 2023, has already been conducted and the time period has expired. Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
