1. None appears for the parties in an old matter of the year 2021 despite accommodation on the last occasion, having been given as a last chance. No accommodation is prayed for.

2. It seems to this Court that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

3. F.M.A. 1328 of 2021 shall stand dismissed for default.

4. In view of dismissal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2021 shall also stand dismissed.

5. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
