Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of victim lady show she has implicated the petitioner as one of the persons who was present at the spot when acid was thrown on her. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials appearing for the statement of the deceased, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
