Ms. Eshita Dutta ...... for the State Petitioner is in custody for 116 days. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that co accused subrata Dey is on bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and other contemporaneous documents show petitioner had entered into conspiracy with co-accuseds and cheated large number of aspiring youth on the false promise of giving employment under Central Government. Co accused Subrata Dey is on bail due to health reasons. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
