Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, a co-accused was granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench on June 10, 2022 passed in CRM(DB) 1524 of 2022. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the post mortem report and the photographs of the locale taken at the time when the dead body was recovered. Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 2935 of 2022 is dismissed.
