AD 18 July 15, 2025 Ct. 28 SG CRM(A) 1781 of 2025 An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Bagdah P.S. Case No.187 of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 under Sections 103/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

Sudhir Kumar Ghosh ... petitioner Ms. Shalini Bairagi Mr. Priyankar Ganguly ... for the petitioner Mr. Joydeep Roy Ms. Sreetama Das ... for the State Learned counsel for the State produces the case diary and submits that final report dated 30.05.2025 was filed in respect of Bagdah P.S. Case No.421 dated 31.05.2025 seeking discharge of the accused including the present petitioner. Therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest that the petitioner may entertain and as such no further order need be passed in this regard.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
