1. It appears from the record that earlier bail petition of this petitioner was rejected on 20.04.2026 on the ground that the charge was not framed. However, it appears from the records that the charge was framed on 07.05.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. However, it appears that the petitioner only received the stolen articles.

3. As the investigation is complete and charge was framed and the present petitioner did not take part in the commission of the offence against the father of the de facto complainant, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner on certain conditions.

4. The petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount

each out of which one must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the Inspector-in-Charge, Baranagar Police Station once in a week until further orders.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence and/or commit any cognizable offence in any manner whatsoever.

6. In the event the petitioner fails to adhere to any of the conditions stipulated above without justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the petitioner's bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

7. The application for bail is, accordingly, allowed.
