The learned ACJM has been proceeding as per the earlier direction passed by this Court in CRR 2106 of 2021 as there has been gross non-cooperation on behalf of the accused petitioners. As such, I am not inclined to pass any order in the present revisional application.

Thus, CRR 1832 of 2023 is dismissed.
