Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Co-accused Ranajit Roy has been granted bail. Investigation is complete. There is no chance of abscondence. Petitioners are entitled to similar relief.

Accordingly, the petitioners be released on interim bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Purba Medinipur at Tamluk subject to condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event they fail to do so or resorts to dilatory tactics and delay the trial, trial court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail without reference to this court.

The application being CRM (DB) 1474 of 2024 is disposed of.
