Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record including the statement of the victim lady recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. Petitioner had abetted the victim to commit suicide. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
