Petitioner has informed the Officer-inCharge of Chanditala Police Station regarding two individuals being the respondent nos. 5 and 6 who are poisoning the cats and dogs of the locality and also threatening the petitioner with dire consequences. Such information was furnished with the police authorities on 06.05.2025.

Petitioner's grievance is that till date no action has been taken. Having regard to the nature of the dispute, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court with specific prayers.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11841 of 2025 is disposed of.
