2. The petitioner seeks consideration of the representation dated 2nd May, 2026.

3. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

4. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of 6 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

6. Pending consideration of the representation no demolition shall be undertaken by the respondents authorities considering that Tribunal is in vacation.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
