Mr. Subrato Roy ...... for the State Petitioner is in custody for 40 days. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case. There was a love affair between the parties.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim disclosing involvement of the petitioner in forcibly kidnapping and raping the victim girl. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application being CRM(DB) No. 1943 of 2022 is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
