In the 4th line of paragraph 42 at page 12 of the order dated 28th July, 2023, the words 'the learned CJM, South 24-Parganas at Alipore' be read as 'learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 3rd Court at Alipore (Special Court)'.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
