As documents have been produced before this Court, inter alia, stating that the institute in which the petitioner's deceased father was working was run by the Government of West Bengal and the petitioner's father was a Government employee, the order dated July 1, 2021 is recalled by allowing the instant review. The order was passed on a misconception that the institute is an undertaking of the Government of West Bengal. The documents have been produced before this Court to prove otherwise.

Thus, the review petition and the connected application stand disposed of granting liberty to the opposite party/petitioner to move the State Administrative Tribunal in accordance with law for appropriate directions.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
