The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the civil court having passed directions in T.S. No. 1007/2024, there has been interference by the outsiders who are aided by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on the complaint of Manoj Mondal, New Town Police Station Case No. 222/2024 has been registered for investigation.

The present petitioners have also preferred an application under Section 163(2) of BNSS.

It reflects from the report of the Inspector-inCharge, New Town Police Station that there are cases between the petitioners and certain private

individuals who have not been made party in the present writ petition.

Be that as it may, since the civil court is already in seisin of the issue, if any direction is passed by the civil court upon the police authorities to act in a particular manner, the police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11742 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
