On 25th February, 2009, liberty was given to remove the defects. One of the defects was deficit court fees. More than 22 years have been passed but no attempt has been made to put the deficit court fees, nor any application has been filed for extending the time to put in the deficit court-fees.

The appeal as on date is time-barred and, accordingly, stands dismissed.

In view of dismissal of the appeal, the application also stands dismissed.
