Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be taken on record.

This revisional application has been filed with prayer for expeditious hearing of the Title Suit, being No. 111 of 2015 pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge, 3rd Court, Sr. Division, Barasat.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the suit is pending since 2015 and several dates were fixed for ex parte hearing.

Considering all facts and circumstances, service of notice stands dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge, 3rd Court, Sr. Division, Barasat is requested to dispose of the Title Suit being No. 111 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible

without adjourning the suit further on any whimsical ground.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
