List in monthly list of August, 2021. It is made clear, in event appellant goes unrepresented on adjourned date or thereafter, the appeal is likely to be dismissed."

Since the defects can be removed after the appeal is moved for admission and on happening of contingency, we are convinced appellant has lost interest. SAT 2529 of 2001 with I.A. No.CAN 1 of 2005 (old CAN 2739 of 2005) (not found), if pending, are dismissed.
