Having considered the fact that a commercial quantity of narcotics was seized from the possession of the petitioners, we are of the view that the petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Consequently, we are not in a position to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 5237 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
