The petitioners have completed their three years' course in General Nursing and Midwifery ('GNM' in short) from Haryana School of Nursing and have got them registered themselves with Haryana Nurses & Nurse-Midwives Council.

The prayer of the petitioners for reciprocal registration is pending consideration before the West Bengal Nursing Council, the respondent no.3 herein.

The respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the prayer of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 11915 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
