It appears that from page 17 being Annexure P-1 to the writ petition that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 19th March, 2021 for redressal of its grievance and the same is pending. In view of this fact I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in this writ petition except directing the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 19th March, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate its decision to the petitioner within one week thereafter. It is recorded that this court has not gone in the merits of the said representation and the respondent

concerned will consider the said representation strictly in accordance with law.

WPA 12563 of 2021 is disposed of.
