Mr. Aniket Mitra, Ms. Jonaki Saha ....for the State The petitioner before us is the sister-in-law of the deceased.

There are statements recorded by neighbours who implicate the petitioner in the incident leading to the death of the victim.

The neighbours state that there was a huge altercation between the petitioner and her mother on one part and the deceased on the other part just prior to the incident of death.

In view of the complicity of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials in the case dairy, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 2047 of 2023 is rejected.
