The petitioner prays for implementation of the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act by the District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas. 3.

It has been submitted that for want of police assistance, the order cannot be implemented.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas to take steps for execution of the order passed under Section 14 of the Act without any further delay but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
