The learned advocates for the petitioner as well as respondents submits subsequent to the filing of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has been provisionally selected as Accredited Social Health Activist(ASHA) for Kadkhali Sub-Centre of Ramnagar Bachra Gram Panchayat vide engagement letter issued by the Block Health & Family Welfare Society Beldanga-II, District-Murshidabad vide Memo No. BHFWS/Bel-II/56 dated 05.02.2016. A copy of such appointment has been filed before the Court by both the learned advocates for the respective parties. Let the same be kept on record.

The instant writ petition was filed with a prayer for engagement to the post of ASHA in Kadkhali village under Kadkhali Sub-centre of Ramnagar Bachra Gram Panchayat. Since, the petitioner has already been appointed vide order dated 05.02.2016, the instant writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
