The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. All persons received their moneys from the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the State submits that the petitioner was a Branch Manager of a Bank. Money went into the bank account of the Branch Manager from different persons without any authority. Investigations are in progress.

Considering the material in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the nature of involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM 5251 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
