Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate for the State submits the report. In view of the steps taken by the petitioner before the learned Trial Court, the writ petition presently need not be gone into in details. Petitioner would be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11913 of 2025 is disposed of.

Needless to state that since no affidavits have been called for the allegations and/or accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
