Mr. Mitra, learned Counsel appears for the petitioner and Mr. Ghosal, learned Counsel, appears for the respondent-Bank.

The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(a) A writ of and/or in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents, their men, agents and/or assigns to supply the petitioner preceding five years' Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) more particularly for the years 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 201112 and 2012-13, forthwith;" While pendency of the writ petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the year 2021, the petitioner was given promotion by the respondents to the post of Scale-I officer in BGVB from the date of issuance of the order. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. Ghosal, learned Counsel for the respondent-Bank also admitted that the petitioner has already been given promotion as prayed for the writ petition.

WPA No. 10032 of 2015 is disposed of as infructuous. (M. V. Muralidaran, J.)
