Petitioner has challenged the order dated 19th December, 2022 wherein he is aggrieved because of the background of the facts and the direction under Section 143A of the N. I. Act so awarded by the learned Magistrate. I find that there are factual issues involved, however, having regard to the statutory compulsions, I direct that 5% of the cheque amount which was directed to be deposited will remain with the court till disposal of the trial. On and from the next date the learned trial court would fix one date in a month so that the trial can be taken to its logical conclusion.

It has been informed that warrant of arrest is pending against the present petitioner. The same be stayed till 10th January, 2024. If the petitioner so appears, the petitioner would be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond on an undertaking that he would appear on each and every date so fixed by the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1836 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending any other applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
