Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the Title Suit being TS no. 377 of 2013 in respect of which present application has been preferred, has already been disposed of by the court below on 13.12.2019. In such view of the matter, the present application has become infructuous. Let C.O. 1952 of 2019 be dismissed as being infructuous.
