The Recovery Officer, Employees' State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India has informed the Branch Manager of the Bank of Baroda that the order of attachment of the account of the petitioner has been withdrawn. The garnishee order stood revoked.

Under such circumstances, the Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda is directed to defreeze the account within 48 hours from date and issue an intimation to the petitioner to that effect, by e-mail.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
