The Mission Director, Paschim Banga Rajya Shishu Shiksha Mission, Government of West Bengal has submitted a report in the form of instruction dated 31st May, 2024 addressed to their advocate Mr. Md. Sarwar Jahan and the same is taken on record. 2.

It appears that the SSK being run on the petitioner's land has, in fact, been closed. The Mission Director, Paschim Banga Rajya Shishu Shiksha Mission (PBRSSM) states that he has no objection to return the land to the petitioner if the SSK is not running any further.

In that view of the matter, this Court directs the Mission Director, PBRSSM to handover physical possession of the land in question after removing all structures, goods and materials of the PBRSSM from the

said land, on 24th July, 2024 at 2 pm. The time from today till 24th July, 2024 shall be used by the PBRSSM to remove the aforesaid structures, articles, goods and shuttle therefrom.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Officer-in-Charge, Pingla Police Station dated 15th May, 2024 is also taken on record. 7.
