We have heard learned advocates for the petitioner and the State. On behalf of the State case diary is submitted and it is pointed out that in connection with the above referred police case after investigation final report has been submitted in the case. Therefore, there is no reason for the petitioner to apprehend arrest in connection with the above case. Considered. The petitioner is not wanted in the case as this point of time.
