The matter is mentioned at the instance of the PF authorities. It is submitted by the Advocate appearing on their behalf that inadvertently her name had not appeared on August 19, 2024 when the matter was heard and disposed of and her name should be recorded.

The other respondents do not object to the prayer for inclusion of the name of the Advocate. In view of the submissions of the PF authorities, the order dated August 19, 2024 stands corrected to reflect that Ms. Aparna Banerjee, Advocate had appeared on behalf of the PF authorities.
