It appears that the private respondents have removed the illegal constructions by using JCB Machine, in front of the petitioner. It further appears that the petitioner himself has confirmed the same by a communication in writing dated 14th July, 2022. The contempt application is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
