Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary and particularly to a statement of the mother of the petitioner recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement of the mother of the petitioner recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 5333 of 2021, is rejected.
