The matrimonial suit for dissolution of marriage between the parties is pending for last 12 years.

The learned Counsel for the parties jointly pray a direction for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

The opposite party being in employment has no claim of maintenance pendente lite.

This Court is informed that the suit has reached to the stage of witness action. In fact, the evidence of P.W.I has already been concluded. In view of the such stage of the suit, the 13th Court of learned Additional District Judge at Alipore, District: 24 Parganas (South) is requested to expedite the disposal of the Matrimonial Suit no. 123 of 2013, and in doing so, shall not entertain

the prayer of the parties for any unnecessary adjournment.

C.O. 1671 of 2024 is therefore disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
