And In Re : Manarul Sk. @ Ekap Sk. ..... petitioner Mr. Kalidas Saha ... for the petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Mr. Palash Chandra Majhi ... for the State Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous documents show recovery of narcotic substance i.e. 60 gms. of Yaba Tablets containing Methampheamine above commercial quantity from the possession of the petitioner and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
