This Court by the order dated July 12, 2023 had directed the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah, the respondent no. 4 herein to consider the prayer of the petitioner for release of the provident fund amount. Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned counsel for the State submits that the respondent no. 4 under his Memo bearing No. 193/LS dated August 11, 2023 on account of final payment of Provident Fund amount has disbursed a sum of Rs. 1,94,700/- in favour of the petitioner.

Ms. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate for the petitioner disputes the calculation of the said amount, such dispute raises a fresh cause of action, the petitioner notwithstanding the disposal of the instant writ petition is at liberty to raise the said dispute in accordance with law. W.P.A. 12028 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
