2. A notice dated 25.05.2026 has been challenged in the instant writ application. It is submitted by the writ petitioners that the order of impugned is an appealable order. Admittedly, no appeal has been preferred.

Considering the said fact, the petitioners are granted liberty to prefer an appeal within seven days from the date of this order against the impugned order and the impugned order shall remain stayed for a period of ten days from the date of this order. In case no appeal is preferred as directed, the order of stay stands automatically vacated.
