1. The report filed by learned Counsel for the State be taken on record.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

3. All the witnesses in the trial is stated to have been examined in the meantime. Whatever be the stage of trial, the prosecution case having been closed, learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Murshidabad, Berehampore is directed to conclude the trial and deliver judgment in the S. Sl Case No. 200 of 2019 arising out of Berhampore P.S. Case No. 592 of 2018 dated 31.05.2018 within two months from the date of communication of this order.

4. Department is directed to communicate this order forthwith to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Murshidabad, Berehampore.

5. Trial court may also act upon the receipt of server copy of this

order from any of the parties.

6. Accordingly, the application being CRM (DB) 2007 of 2023 is disposed of.
