1. The writ petition has been preferred praying for consideration of the petitioners' representation dated 22.05.2026 being Annexure P-10.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that their delisting has been set aside by the High Court vide order dated 08.05.2026 in WPA 5783 of 2026.

3. It is, thus, submitted that on their delisting being set aside, they have now become entitled to receive work orders, but till date no formal order has been passed by the respondent authorities, in spite of the High Court's order.

4. The petitioners by way of the representation have prayed for the said relief.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the said representation dated 22.05.2026 be considered and disposed of

by the respondent Nos. 4 to 12 by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, keeping in mind the order of the High Court and shall decide the said prayer of the petitioners within 10 days from the date of this order and until then no further work order be issued.

6. In case the petitioners' representation is considered favourably by the respondents, work orders may be issued to the eligible applicants including the petitioners herein, wherever they have been selected as L-1 and L-2.

7. Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on compliance of due formalities.
