In that view of the matter, WPA 12567 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

The grant of electricity connection shall not create any special equity in favour of the petitioner in the dispute, if any, between the petitioner and the private respondent.

There shall be no order as to costs.
