Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 22.06.2022.

In the fourth line of 5th Paragraph of order dated 22nd June, 2022, the words "learned ACJM, Sealdah" be read as "learned ACJM, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur". Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner to correct the cause title of the application by incorporating the words "Corresponding Special Case No. 932 of 2022" be read as "Corresponding G.R. case No. 931 of 2022".

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 22.06.2022.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. The application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
