Petitioner has earlier approached this court. Learned 07-05-2024 Subha Item no. 93 Ct no.34 advocate today appearing for the petitioner challenges the order dated 13th September, 2014 wherein warrant of arrest has been issued.

Having considered that the warrant of arrest was issued nine and a half year ago and the case is under Section 302 IPC, I am not inclined to grant any relief as prayed for. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1893 of 2024 is dismissed.
