1. Affidavit of service filed today in Court on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The writ petitioner herein has challenged a demolition action taken in respect of the premises which is located admittedly within the District Court premises, Purulia.

3. Learned counsel for the Purulia Municipality places a report, which is the resolution of the District Level Safety and Security Committee wherein at Agenda no. 1. It has been noted by the Committee that removal of encroachment and unauthorised constructions in and around the Court Complexes of Sadar Court, Purulia shall be undertaken by the authority concerned.

4. Considering that the learned District Judge, Purulia is the person-in-charge and the administrative head of the

District premises, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the issue at this stage and the writ application is disposed of with the liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the learned District Judge, Purulia praying for relief and the learned District Judge shall be at liberty to decide the same in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
