21.06.2021 Item no.44 Ct. No.34 CHC C.R.R. No.1708 of 2004 (Through video Conference) In Re: An application under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

AND In the matter of:- Konarak Banerjee ... petitioner Mr. D.Datta ...for the petitioner Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the revisional application arose out of execution proceeding. He further submits that as the case relates to matrimonial disputes and there has been settlement between the parties, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this revisional application pending before this Court.

Considering the submission advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioner, I am of the view that the main purpose of the revisional application has become infructuous. As such the revisional application is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All connected applications are disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
