His engagement stood renewed from time to time.

Allegation of the petitioner is the he is not being paid full honorarium and a portion of his honorarium is deducted every month from the month of February, 2023. The petitioner made repeated representations but the same has not been answered.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the Block Development Officer (BDO), Sutahata Development Block wherefrom it appears that the honorarium of the petitioner stood deducted on pro-rata basis as his attendance is irregular in the office. The petitioner was given enough opportunity to show-cause against his willful absence from the various programmes of

the State but the petitioner did not reply to any of the show-cause notices issued to him.

All the documents consisting of 21 pages including the notice to show-cause have been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner in Court today.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the action of the concerned BDO after perusal of the documents handed over to the learned advocate. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Instruction forwarded by the concerned BDO (21 pages) be retained with the records.

Affidavit of service is taken on record.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
