The petitioners herein have challenged a notice dated 19.05.2026 wherein it has been directed that physical possession of the property be delivered on or before 31.05.2026. The petitioners submit that they intend to pray for relief in respect of the said notice but the DRT is in vacation and shall reopen on the 8th of June, 2026.

Considering the said submission, the said notice dated 19.05.2026 be stayed till the 15 th June, 2026 or until further order, whichever is earlier, subject to the fact that the petitioners shall prefer an appropriate application before the DRT in due course and pray for appropriate relief in respect also of the impugned notice dated 19.05.2026 to which the DRT shall be at liberty to grant in accordance with law. In case no

application is preferred within the period as directed, the order of stay shall stand automatically vacated.

The writ application being WPA 12202 of 2026 accordingly stands disposed of.

Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on compliance of due formalities.
